Abstract

Lop Buri Sri Suvarnabhumi Meditation Center is a religious place of the culture and art in the reign of King Rama IX. It is driven by art and culture, and inspired by the concept of Mount Meru and Satta Boriphan Mountains which are religiously believed to be the main mountains of the world and located in the center of the world and the universe. They are the main concept of religious places in India, China, Tibet, Nepal, and the countries in Suvarnabhumi, and also are the main concept of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam.The meditation center is Trailokya, Mount Sumane, and Universe Mountains. It has an aim to be the center of all religions in the world, based on the thought about singularity and balance between human, nature, society, lifestyle, and beliefs of all religions. It can be considered that Lop Buri Suvarnabhumi is the center of all knowledges, expressed in a form of art and culture in the reign of King Rama IX.

ลพบุรีศรีสุวรรณภูมิ เป็นศาสนสถานแห่งศิลปวัฒนธรรมในรัชสมัยรัชกาลที่ 9 เป็นพุทธสถานที่มีศิลปวัฒนธรรมเป็นสื่อในการขับเคลื่อน โดยมีที่มาของแนวคิดในการสร้างจากฐานความคิดของเขาพระสุเมรุ เขาสัตตบริภัณฑ์ เป็นภูเขาที่เป็นหลักของโลก ตั้งอยู่จุดศูนย์กลางของโลกและจักรวาล ซึ่งเป็นฐานความคิดของการสร้างศาสนสถานในทุกประเทศทั้งอินเดีย จีน ทิเบต เนปาล และประเทศในดินแดนสุวรรณภูมิ อีกทั้งเป็นฐานความคิดในการสร้างศาสนสถานของฮินดู พราหมณ์ พุทธ อิสลามอีกด้วย ลพบุรีศรีสุวรรณภูมิ คือ ไตรภูมิ เขาพระสุเมรุ เขาจักรวาล เป็นศาสนสถานที่ต้องการให้เป็นศูนย์รวมของทุกศาสนาบนโลกนี้ โดยมีฐานความคิดที่ต้องการรวมให้เป็นเอกภาพเกิดความสมดุลระหว่างมนุษย์ ธรรมชาติ สังคม วิถีชีวิต และคติความเชื่อในทุกศาสนา ซึ่งถือได้ว่าลพบุรีศรีสุวรรณภูมิเป็นศูนย์รวมขององค์ความรู้ในทุกศาสตร์ โดยสื่อออกมาในรูปแบบของศิลปวัฒนธรรมในรัชสมัยรัชกาลที่ 9
