การประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีปกคลุมเซตสำหรับจัดเส้นทางการขนส่งแบบมิลล์รันเสมือน กรณีศึกษาโรงงานแห่งหนึ่ง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อแก้ปัญหาการขนส่งของโรงงานกรณีศึกษาแห่งหนึ่ง โดยโรงงานกรณีศึกษาเป็นศูนย์กลางจอดรถบรรทุกแทงค์ มีการขนส่งแบบไปกลับ ไม่มีการจัดเส้นทางการขนส่งที่เป็นระบบ ทำให้เกิดต้นทุนในการขนส่งสูง ต้องใช้รถบรรทุกในการขนส่งมากเกินความจำเป็นและการร้องเรียนของพนักงานคนขับที่รับภาระโหลดงานมากไม่เท่ากัน ปัญหาการขนส่งส่วนใหญ่จะใช้แบบจำลองของ Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) ผู้วิจัยได้นำแบบจำลอง Set Covering Problem มาแก้ปัญหาการขนส่งแบบมิลล์รันเสมือนของโรงงานกรณีศึกษา นอกจากนี้งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ยังนำเสนอ Assignment Problem ในการจัดสมดุลของภาระงานในรถแต่ละคัน ผลการทดลองแสดงให้เห็นว่า Set Covering Problem สามารถใช้แก้ปัญหาการขนส่งแบบมิลล์รันเสมือนได้ ทำให้ลดจำนวนการใช้รถและต้นทุนการขนส่งได้ 145,500 บาท คิดเป็น 8.95% หลังจากได้คำตอบจากเฟสแรกผู้วิจัยได้นำเอา Assignment Problem มาใช้จัดสมดุลการรับภาระการทำงานของรถแต่ละคัน เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการร้องเรียนของพนักงานคนขับที่รับภาระโหลดงานมากหรือน้อยเกินไป

This study aims to solve a transportation problem of a company case study. The case study is a truck transportation centre that uses a round trip transport system and doesn't has a systematic route so this system resulted in using a high number of trucks that leads to a high transportation cost. Most of the transportation problems are modeled as a Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP). For this study, a Set Covering Problem is used as an approach to modelling the VRP for solving the Milk Run-Liked Problem transportation problem of the case study firm. Then, an Assignment Problem is presented for a truck load balancing analysis. The results of the study show that the Milk Run-Liked Problem can be solved by using the Set Covering Problem approach. The improved transportation system can help the firm to reduce the number of trucks used and help to reduce the total transportation cost for about 145,500 Baht/month or 8.95% as average.
