คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 2 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบ สุพรรณบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มประชากร คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการโรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 57 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม เกี่ยวกับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการโรงเรียนในสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 2 ในภาพรวมมีคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็น รายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีคะแนนอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย คือ ด้านการ เกี่ยวข้องสัมพันธ์กับสังคม สภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยและส่งเสริมคุณภาพ การบูรณาการด้านสังคม การพัฒนาความสามารถของบุคคล ประชาธิปไตยในการทำงาน และการให้ค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสม และยุติธรรม ส่วนด้านจังหวะชีวิต อยู่ระดับปานกลางและด้านความเจริญก้าวหน้าและความมั่นคงในงาน อยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการโรงเรียนในสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานโดย ภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน The purposes of this research were to determine: 1) the quality of work life of the school administrative staff under the Suphanburi primary educational service area office 2 and 2) the comparison of the opinions of the school administrative staff under the Suphanburi primary educational service area office 2 according to gender and working experience. The population of the research were 57 school administrative staffs. The instrument was a questionnaire about the quality of work life. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, age, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The findings of this research were as follow: 1. The quality of work life of the school administrative staff under the Suphanburi primary educational service area office 2 were found at a high level. Considering each aspect; ranking from the highest mean to the lowest mean were: social relevance of work life, safe and healthy working conditions, social integration, opportunity for developing using human capacity, and adequate and fair compensation. Work and total life space was at moderate level and opportunity for continued growth and security was found at low level. 2. The results of comparison about opinions of the school administrative staff under the Suphanburi primary educational service area office 2 according to gender and working experience found that there were not different in total and each aspect.
