การเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อส่งนักเรียนเข้าแข่งขันโอลิมปิกวิชาการ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) องค์ประกอบการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อส่งนักเรียนเข้าแข่งขันโอลิมปิกวิชาการ 2) ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อส่งนักเรียนเข้าแข่งขันโอลิมปิกวิชาการกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โรงเรียนสาธิตในสังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ และโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสานักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จานวน 108 โรงเรียน ที่มีสถิติสอบผ่านโอลิมปิกวิชาการรอบแรกหรือเป็นตัวแทนศูนย์สอบโอลิมปิกวิชาการได้ต่อเนื่องไม่น้อยกว่าห้าปี ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ และหัวหน้าโครงการห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ คณิตศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยีและสิ่งแวดล้อม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย คือแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นและแบบสอบถามเพื่อตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อส่งนักเรียนเข้าแข่งขันโอลิมปิกวิชาการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิตและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบโดยการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงสำรวจ วิธีสกัดปัจจัยและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อส่งนักเรียนเข้าแข่งขันโอลิมปิกวิชาการประกอบด้วย 8 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การสร้างโอกาสการเรียนรู้ 2) การจัดกระบวนการสอนของครู 3) การจัดบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อม 4) การบริหารจัดการด้านอารมณ์และแรงจูงใจ 5) การเรียนรู้อย่างอิสระ 6) การบริหารจัดการด้านสติปัญญานักเรียน 7) การบริหารจัดการด้านวุฒิภาวะของนักเรียน และ 8) การบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียน 2. องค์ประกอบการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อส่งนักเรียนเข้าแข่งขันโอลิมปิกวิชาการ8 องค์ประกอบ 90 ตัวแปร ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสม มีความเป็นไปได้ เป็นประโยชน์ และถูกต้องครอบคลุม

The purposes of this research were to: 1) identify the components of the readiness preparation for students to Olympaid competition, 2) the confirmation of the components of the readiness preparation for students to Olympaid competition. The sample of this study included 1 0 8 secondary school sunder the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Demonstration chool Under State Universities and secondary schools under the Office of Private education that have passed the first round of Olympaid competition or are representatives of the Olympaid ompetition more than five years. The respondents were school directors, academic deputy school director and the head of Enrichment Program of Science Mathematics Technology and Environment. The research instruments were unstructured interview and questionnaire. The statistics for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis and content analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The components of the readiness preparation for students to Olympiad Competition consisted of 8 components 1) creating learning opportunities 2) teaching process 3) atmospheric environment organizing 4) emotional and motivation management 5) independence learning 6) students intellectual management 7) students maturity management and 8) school management. 2. The 8 components and 90 guidelines of the readiness preparation for students to Olympaid competition were appropriate, possible, useful and accurate.
