Abstract

วิปัสสนากรรมฐาน เป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติเพื่อหลุดพ้นจากความทุกข์ หรือเรียกว่าหนทางเข้าสู่ มรรคผลนิพพาน เพราะเหตุที่มนุษย์มีความทุกข์ในระหว่างการใช้ชีวิต และที่สุดก็ต้องพบกับความตาย อันเป็นธรรมดาที่ไม่มีผู้ใดหนีพ้น วิปัสสนากรรมฐานมาได้อย่างไร ศาสนาพุทธนั้นเป็นมาอย่างไร ดินแดนสุวรรณภูมิที่พูดถึงกันอยู่ตรงไหน ผู้อ่านคงสงสัยว่าที่ไหนหรืออย่างไร รวมถึงพระพุทธศาสนา ทำไมถึงเจริญรุ่งเรืองในดินแดนแทบเอเชียตะวันออกแล้ว ปัจจุบันสถานที่เหล่านี้เปลี่ยนเป็นอย่างไร การแสวงหาความจริงเกี่ยวกับร่องรอยของวิปัสสนาวงศ์ผ่านการถ่ายภาพโดยเดินทางเข้าสู่ ประเทศเมียนมาร์เพื่อค้นหาสถานที่ที่ได้กล่าวถึงในหนังสือวิปัสสนาวงศ์ ซึ่งอยู่ในประเทศเมียนมาร์ เกือบทั้งสิ้นตั้งแต่สมัยพระเจ้าอโศกที่มีการส่งพระโสณะและพระอุตตระให้มาเผยแพร่ศาสนาพุทธ ที่ดินแดนสุวรรณภูมิหรือก็คือเมืองสะเทิม ในประเทศเมียนมาร์ในปัจจุบัน เมืองสะเทิมนี้เป็นจุดเริ่มต้น ของพุทธศาสนา ก่อนที่จะไปเผยแผ่ไปยังเมืองต่าง ๆ ในประเทศเมียนมาร์รวมไปถึงประเทศใกล้เคียง ใน เอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ซึ่งก็รวมทั้งประเทศไทยด้วย ณ ปัจจุบัน การปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐานในประเทศไทย ได้เจริญรุ่งเรืองมากทั้งสถานปฏิบัติ ธรรม วัดวาอาราม รวมถึงผู้สอนทั้งที่เป็นสมณะและเป็นฆราวาส เนื่องจากคนเราได้เข้าใจและเข้าถึง ผลของการปฏิบัติธรรมเรื่อยมาส่งผลให้การปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐานนั้นยังมีความตjอเนื่องถjายทอด จากรุ่นสู่รุ่น เพื่อมุ่งหาหนทางการหลุดพ้นจากสังสารวัฏคือการเกิดแล้วเกิดอีก หรือเรียกอีกอย่างว่า บรรลุมรรคผลนิพพานได้มีดวงตาเห็นธรรมนั่นเอง การรู้ที่มาที่ไปของจุดเริ่มต้นของพุทธศาสนาจะช่วยให้ ผู้อ่านเข้าใจได้เข้าใจลึกซึ้งขึ้นเรื่องวิปัสสนากรรมฐานในประเทศไทย

In Myanmar nowadays, Saterm is the starting point of Buddhism before spreading to other areas in Myanmar and nearby countries in Southeast Asia, including Thailand. At present, meditation practice in Thailand has prospered a lot, including religious temples, including monks and People. Because people understand and have access to the effects of Dharma practice. Continuously, People result in the practice of Vipassana meditation continuously from generation to generation. In order to find a way to liberate from samsara, which is to be born again. Also known as achieving the Nirvana Knowing the origins of the beginning of Buddhism.It will help the reader to gain a deeper understanding of Vipassana in Thailand.
