การออกแบบสวนหลังคาโดยใช้หลักการออกแบบภูมิทัศน์เพื่อการบำบัดจิตใจ

Abstract

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจเรื่องการออกแบบสวนหลังคา โดยใช้หลักการการออกแบบภูมิทัศน์เพื่อลดความเครียดและส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตของคนในสังคม ที่ส่งผลให้งานภูมิทัศน์ดังกล่าวสามารถบำบัดจิตใจ ทำให้ตนมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น ในการศึกษาได้เก็บข้อมูลจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสรุปเป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบสวนหลังคาเพื่อการบำบัดจิตใจ จากการศึกษาพบว่าองค์ความรู้ในการออกแบบสวนหลังคานั้น สามารถสรุปประเด็นได้ 4 ประเด็นหลัก คือ ประเด็นด้านการพิจารณาด้านพื้นที่ ประเด็นด้านการก่อสร้าง ประเด็นด้านองค์ประกอบงานออกแบบ และประเด็นด้านการบำรุงรักษา ส่วนองค์ความรู้ในการออกแบบภูมิทัศน์เพื่อการบำบัดจิตใจ สามารถสรุปประเด็นได้ 2 ประเด็นหลัก คือ ประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความรู้สึก(ความรู้สึกว่าสามารถควบคุมได้ และความเป็นส่วนตัว การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การเคลื่อนไหวทางสรีระ และการเข้าถึงธรรมชาติและสิ่งเบี่ยงเบนความสนใจที่ดี) และประเด็นเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบกายภาพของพื้นที่ (แนวคิดในเรื่องสิ่งเร้าในการบำบัดจิตใจ การออกแบบภูมิทัศน์ที่สร้างความพึงพอใจและภูมิทัศน์ที่มนุษย์ชอบ) โดยสามารถสรุปได้ว่าแนวทางการออกแบบนั้นจะประกอบด้วยประเด็นหลักในการออกแบบสวนหลังคาทั้ง 4 ประเด็นข้างต้น โดยมีการพิจารณาประเด็นในการออกแบบภูมิทัศน์เพื่อการบำบัดจิตใจดังนี้คือการออกแบบให้เกิดการกระตุ้นความรู้สึกอย่างเหมาะสมโดยคำนึงถึงความสมดุลของสิ่งเร้าด้านต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะการกระตุ้นทางสายตาด้วยภาพที่มีความหลากหลายและความซับซ้อนขององค์ประกอบที่ดึงดูดความสนใจการจัดองค์ประกอบของพื้นที่ที่สร้างความพึงพอใจการออกแบบพื้นที่โอบล้อมที่สร้างความลึกลับและน่าพอใจซึ่งจะสร้างความรู้สึกคุ้นเคยและปลอดภัยและการออกแบบองค์ประกอบที่มนุษย์ชอบและสื่อความหมายทางสัญลักษณ์ซึ่งสร้างความรู้สึกหิวพอใจตามสัญชาติญาณและการสั่งสมทางความคิดและความเชื่อของวัฒนธรรมนั้น ๆ

The objective of this research is to study Roof Garden Design and the Healing Landscape Design Principles, which can reduce stress and support the better quality of life. The research is based on the revision of concerned literatures so that the design guidelines for Healing Roof Garden can be summarized. According to the study. the knowledge used in the design of Roof Garden has generally come from 4 factors, which are consideration of areas, construction technique and aspects relating to design, including the subject of maintenance. While factors considered in Healing Landscape Design can be divided into 2 categories, the emotional factors or the process of Healing (sense of control, privacy, social support, physical movement, access to nature and distractions), and the spatial design factors (sensual arousal, landscape preference and pleasurable design) In conclusion, the research has grouped the Design Guidelines for Healing Roof Garden into 4 factors as mentioned above. And including the details for Healing Landscape, such as the stimulation of the senses with the balance of hearing, Smelling touching, sight and taste, especially the sight stimulation by diversified and complex picture. The arrangement of landscape composition to create perception of order. unity balance, and rhythm that satisfactory and attractive. The enclosure of space to enable a sense of mystery, privacy, and pleasure which leads to familiarity and comfort, as well as frames al elements into overall interesting picture. And the design of garden elements which Symbolic meaning to create human pleasure which responding to their instinct beliefs, and culture.
